The purpose of The Family Preservation Legal Fund (FPLF) is to provide funds for families who have been coerced into signing away their rights, or whose rights have been terminated due to false allegations or other immoral cause. The FPLF strives to be an organization that helps to increase the funding for family preservation, rather than family separation. FPLF believes that this will be a necessary start in the regulation of the state and private agencies and organizations that profit from separating families. It is the children who suffer most from being torn from their families when it is not necessary. We need to support children and families, rather than to tear them apart. |
