The mission of The Family Preservation Legal Fund is to provide funding to families who have been targeted by either the Adoption Industry or by Child Protection Services, or other private or state systems, and are attempting or have torn families apart, for no other reason than to bring profit to these private and state agencies.

We will be doing extensive research on who should receive these funds, and meetings will need to be taken place before the funds are dispersed. The people who will be eligible would need to have a lawyer willing to defend their case.

The Family Preservation Legal Fund does not take a stance on pro-choice or pro-life. We believe that the majority of women would choose to keep their child, to not either choose abortion or adoption under specific conditions including: having safety and security for herself and her child, being economically secure, not being discriminated against because of her status as a woman and as a mother, had supports available to help her raise the child, including members of the community who would take time to watch the children so she would have a break, and the ability to continue her goals or dreams of a career. We also believe that empowering women with self esteem, giving them equal opportunity and value, preventing unwanted pregnancies through education and protecting girls and boys from being exploited sexually, physically, and emotionally and otherwise, and eliminating unwanted molestation as well as eliminating rape, would allow these young men and women the opportunity to develop natural sexual behaviors. It would also allow for the opportunity to learn about their own bodies as well as protection and prevention of unwanted pregnancies. While the Family Preservation Legal Fund is unable to address all of these needs, we do want to build alliances with other organizations who are working towards these goals.

Being a mother needs to be valued, because it isn't just a job, it is the responsibility of taking care of and nurturing the future of humanity.

We will work to align ourselves with other organizations, so that these families can get the resources they need to prevent their vulnerability of being targeted again. We will allign with organiztions wanting to strengthen these families, and give them the tools they need to be a safe, healthy, and positive environment.

Too often, children are taken out of their homes due to "anonymous tips" and without any evidence against them, their children have been put in a foster care facility, in which itself has been proven to be an abusive institution.
